We aim to provide excellent customer service experience for you when purchasing through Fretboard Jungle. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you are confident and satisfied with your purchase. It is important to us that you are able to make a well informed decision on your purchase.
We do not have a store front! In order to protect the vintage guitars in stock, arrangements to play instruments or deliver items to sell are by appointment only.
We offer free shipping domestically (Australia) for guitars and basses and accessories over $3000 AUD. We will ship amplifiers at a competitive rate. In person collection is also available by appointment only.
We use a trusted international shipping service to handle shipments all over the world. We provide tracking and contact details of the shipping provider so you can contact them directly should you have any questions regarding your shipment.

Items listed online can sell at any time. If you inquire about an Item/Items and it is sold to someone else before a deal has been agreed upon, the sale will go to that person. We will not attempt to negotiate with the purchaser if you have missed out. Out of respect for our consignors - offers that are too far from the asking price will not be considered. We encourage you to drop us an email if you have questions regarding any of our items.
