Here’s a killer example of a late 70s, USA made Fender Precision Bass, finished in blonde over ash with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. This P Bass retains most of its original specifications, with finish, tuners, frets, and hardware all original. 

This bass has been fitted very early in its life with a DiMarzio DP122 Precision Bass pickup. This pickup can also be toggled between series and parallel wiring with a small toggle switch near the input jack. This changes the tone from quieter and scooped, to a fuller, louder more aggressive tone. 

This one-owner instrument has been very well looked after and presents in fantastic original, unrestored condition. There’s minimal wear and only a few slight marks on the finish. This is a very clean example.

With 7 1/4” radius, comfortable C profile neck, and low profile vintage frets, this bass is a comfortable vintage work horse with a lot of character and killer tone.
